1. Material Preparation
Begins at the Sawmill, followed by Kiln Drying for twelve days to reach an ideal 8% moisture level, ensuring strength, durability, and stability.
2. Surface Refinement
In Mill 1, the Stackline, Double Planer, and Sanding Master processes refine the surface. QC 1 meticulously inspects all dimensions and quality.
3. Precision Crafting
In Mill 2, Tenoner, Mortiser, Spindle, and high-accuracy CNC Machines join and carve components with a precise, perfect connection system.
4. Meticulous Assembly
The QC Setting stage ensures perfect harmony in color and texture before each piece is joined in the Assembling process with systemized precision.
5. Finishing Touches
The Finishing process brings the wood's natural beauty to life, revealing warm tones and adding a protective layer for long-lasting durability.
6. Final Control & Delivery
Every product undergoes strict Final QC. Approved items are packed to international export standards and prepared for global delivery.
